To get a comprehensive health checkup to ensure that any problem that I might have is detected and I can go to the right hospital and go in for early treatment – for as the saying goes, “prevention is better than cure”!
My resolution for pressure free life not only the year is to spend the money thriftily and save maximum amount of the salary for my sister’s marriage,so that I can accomplish her dream of luxurious sedan Chevrolet Cruze.

➡Be Healthier- Health is wealth. So this coming year I will teach her to be more consciuos about health.
➡Keep Surroundings Clean- Keep Clean, Stay Clean. I do and I will always try to keep my surroundings clean and will inform my frnd d same. And always try to save water, fuel and electricity.
➡Start Savings- In a turbulent economy it both more important and harder to squirrel some away for a rainy or rainier day, or for our retirement.
➡Worry Less- Worrying about how much a worry is no solution. So will tel her to stop worrying what people think of her.
➡Stop Hating & Start Beleiving in Myself- It’s easy to be hard on ourself, and many of us are our own biggest critics. But now I wil tell her start believing in herself.
➡Have More Fun With Family- I will teach to have more & more fun with kids and family. Whenever she get some free time, she shld play with kids or travel somewhere.
➡Pick up a Hobby- Hobbies can lower our stress levels, boost our brain power, improve our ability to focus, and more.
➡Create a Positive Attitude- Having a positive attitude opens our mind to new possibilities, it makes us more resilient, and it can even help us to live longer.
➡Help Needy Person- I will guider her always try to help needy persons by some money or things or by educate some poor children.
➡Live Within My Means- Last but not the least, I will tell her to live within her means. Once we rein ourself in we can work on increasing our means so we can have the lifestyle we really want.

1) I will not gain weight. Losing weight is such a hard goal, so I figured why not make it easier. First maintain weight, then figure out a way to lose it.
2) I will not sit at the computer all the time. I will try to stand while I type for at least thirty minutes a day.
3) Enjoy the sweeter side of life – Lindt, Cadbury Silk, Hershey Kisses, Candy Corns, and Cheesecake and….

My New Year resolution for 2017 is Contribute for a Cause as Giving back to the society is the least i can do to make the world a better place to live in as Nothing feels better than seeing a smile on someone. I will try to do my bit to stand by people who need support as Every little help matters by donating my old clothes, shoes, accessories, household stufffs and to distribute food on my parent’s birthday and grandparents death anniversaries to the needy, by planting plants atleast twice in a month. I will try to be an ecofriendly person by not buring crackers in Diwali, also will try to go to my office by metro or car pooling instead of driving. Also my resolution is to be sincere about punctuality and commitments
