Custom Job Trainings :
With an objective to ensure individual development, we identify the
learning requirements of our team members (technical, managerial &
behavioural) and thereby design the customized IDP (Individual
Development Plan) along with specific programs, initiatives,
projects etc. with timelines. We have 72 programs in place in
addition to various technical/functional seminars and conferences.
Some of the prominent trainings are :
- Nipunya.A1 - Sales force capability building program with 100%
coverage of entire sales & marketing team.
- LEAD - (Learn, Enable, Act, Deliver) - This program is for the
First Time Managers in partnership with DDI. It covers the
modules Lead Self & Lead Others, so that they may conduct
themselves as good managers.
- LEAP - A program for Seasoned Managers in partnership with
GPTW (Great Place To Work) involves three levels of
certification spread over 12 to 27 weeks
- Behaviour Based Safety Programs - The objective of this
program is to develop a culture of safety among our team members
across the organization
Career Progression Programs :
To understand career aspirations of our team members, we have a
structured process that includes one-to-one conversations, charting
out a growth plan, coaching, mentoring and providing continuous
support to boost career goals. With an objective to build future
leaders, Chairman’s Circle and CEO Circle Programs have been
designed where the participants are given break-through projects and
cross functional exposure.
