Orient Cement Ltd has informed BSE that as per Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders in securities of Orient Cement Limited, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (including their Immediate Relative(s) and any other person for whom they take trading decisions) from October 03, 2016 till October 08, 2016.
